I'm really worried about my hives and heard that some medicines can break down histamine to help prevent them from happening. I took a good one last year but just cant recall its name. Could you tell me what the best antihistamines are? I've noticed that Avil isnt available anymore.

Is there a way to stop taking them and still manage the itching? Any advice would be appreciated.
