I'm really worried about my sister. She recently had an angioplasty for her heart, and now she's taking Pentids 400mg tablets. Im concerned if there might be any side effects from this medication. Can you share any insights on this?

View allI've noticed that my heart rate is usually pretty high, hovering around 90 to 100 beats per minute. Is this something I should be concerned about? What steps can I take to address this, and what kind of treatment would be recommended?
A heart rate of 90 to 100 beats per minute can be considered high, especially at rest. This condition is known as tachycardia. To lower your heart rate, you can try lifestyle changes such as reducing stress, avoiding stimulants like caffeine, and staying hydrated. However, if these measures do not work, medication may be necessary. You can take **Metoprolol** at a dosage of 25-50mg once daily to help lower your heart rate. This medication is a beta-blocker that can effectively reduce heart rate and blood pressure. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any medication to ensure it is safe and appropriate for you.

I've been experiencing some strong side effects like muscle pain, dizziness, and shaky hands and legs from taking Rozavel and Pivasta. Are there any realistic alternatives or supplements in the Indian market that could lower my LDL by around 15-20% without serious side effects? I've heard about things like Coeveleselam, but I'd love to know more.
U can try exercise and diet control with low dose artorvastatin
