I'm really worried about my thin hair and I'm looking to increase its volume. I've heard about Follihair tablets and I'm wondering if it's safe to take them without a prescription. Also, how long would it take to see any effects if I start taking them? Could you please advise me on this?

I've been experiencing some itching around my testicles and now I notice there are red spots too. I'm a bit worried about what these could mean. What might be causing this, and should I be concerned?
Tab allegra 120 mg hs bed time for 5 days, also melacare cream for local application is advised for 2 weeks, if any side-effects consult dermatologist.

I've been dealing with these little red spots on my back and neck for about a week now. They were super itchy when they first appeared last Saturday but arent itching anymore. However, they havent gone away, and I havent taken any medication. I'm really unsure about whats going on or what I should do next. Any insights?
