I'm really worried about my wife. She's been on TB treatment for a month now, but her cough hasn't really gotten any better. Her appetite seems fine, and she's even gained a few kilos. There's no fever or sweating, which is good, but the bloody cough and irritation are alarming and she's feeling really fatigued. Her chest X-ray shows sputum negative. What could be going on, and what should we do next?

It's good to hear that your wifes appetite is improving and she has gained weight. However, the persistent cough, fatigue, and blood in the sputum should be monitored closely. I recommend consulting her doctor to reassess her treatment plan and rule out any complications or need for further investigation, as these symptoms may require adjustment of her therapy or additional tests.

View allI'm really concerned about my dad. He's dealing with ILD and I've noticed lately that he keeps mentioning a constant feeling of nausea. He doesn't want to eat and feels like throwing up just by looking at food. Could this be because of the fibrodone tablets he's taking, like six a day? Would love some insights on this.
yes it is a side-effect of tablet fibrodone

I've had asthma since I was a kid and used to take homeopathy for it, which seemed to help. It was pretty bad back then, with inhalers and nebulisers being a part of my daily routine. It eventually went away, thankfully. But now, after 15 years, Im having trouble again. My breathing feels offI have a slight cold and have been wheezing a lot since last night. I really dont want to go back on steroids. I've tried taking steam, but its not doing much. What should I do?
avoid allergens, drink warm water , do breathing exercises
