I'm really worried about something called Prostatomegaly grade 3. Can you explain what that actually means? Like, how serious is it, and do we know what usually causes this to happen? I'm also curious about the treatment options available and how effective they are. I'm hoping there's a good chance it can be cured.

I've also noticed that my memory seems to be slipping a bitI keep forgetting small things. Could this be connected to masturbating so much?

My 80-year-old grandfather has prostate enlargement and the doctor recommended testicle removal surgery but he also has prostate cancer is this surgery safe for him given his condition?
Testicle removal surgery (orchiectomy) is a form of hormone therapy for prostate cancer and can be used to manage prostate enlargement, but it's not a common treatment for prostate cancer alone. The decision of whether to proceed with the surgery needs to be made based on individual factors, including the severity of prostate enlargement, the stage and aggressiveness of prostate cancer, and the patient's overall health and life expectancy

I recently realized I have an undescended right testicle I can feel it just above the penis on that side. Is it still possible to descend the testicle at my age? If surgery is an option, how do I bring this up with my parents? Also, will having one testicle affect my sperm count or sexual health in the long run? Can I still have a normal sex life with just one?
Yes, surgery (orchiopexy) may still be an option depending on your age and the position of the testicle—consult a urologist for evaluation. It’s best to discuss this openly with your parents as it’s a common condition. Having one healthy testicle is usually enough for normal sperm production and sexual function. Most men with one testicle lead a completely normal sex life and can father children.
