I'm really worried about something that's been happening the last few weeks. Whenever I get an erection, everything seems fine at first, but when the foreskin pulls back, it gets painful cracks, and I've even noticed some bleeding. The area feels really dry and uncomfortable. We've tried not having sex for a bit, hoping it would heal, which it does, but then the cracks come back again when I pull the skin back during sex. I used some lubricant and coconut oil, which help a little bit, but the problem is still there. I've been married for a year now and never had this issue before. Any advice on what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

View allI've been struggling with a really tough problem. I used to be addicted to porn and would masturbate around 8-9 times a day. Now I'm having trouble getting erections and my penis seems to have shrunk a bit. What kind of treatment would you recommend for this?
It sounds like you may be experiencing physical and psychological effects from frequent masturbation and porn use. I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to assess your situation. Treatment may include counseling for addiction, lifestyle changes, and possibly medication to support erectile function.

my son has tight foreskin and the doctor diagnosed it as phimosis and recommended surgery but he doesn't have any issues with urination or pain during erections I've heard that at his age phimosis can be treated with stretching exercises and steroid creams instead of surgery can you guide me on the right approach
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

I've noticed my penis seems to be getting really small and even shrinking up to my lower abdomen when I go to urinate, particularly this winter. Im 36 and have never experienced this before. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be a medical issue?
Cold Weather: Exposure to cold temperatures can cause blood vessels to constrict, leading to a temporary decrease in penis size. This is a common phenomenon, especially during winter months.
