I'm really worried about whether it's safe to eat non-vegetarian food right now with corona spreading everywhere. Are there any specific risks or precautions we should take?

What fruit is best for weight loss?
Most fruits such as Apple, Guava, Strawberries, Kiwi, Oranges, Papaya, Pineapple, pear, Pomegranate, watermelon are low in calories and high in fiber, vitamins which can boost one's health. Keep in mind to consume fruits as full rather than juiced or canned to keep calories in control. Also, simply eating fruits is not the key for weight loss. One must have balanced meals, do portion control and phyical activity daily.

I'm 33 and just a regular person trying to make healthier choices. I've been thinking about adding ghee to my diet daily but I'm unsure which one is better for health benefits - cow ghee or buffalo ghee? Can you help me understand the differences or what might be better for someone like me?
Both cow and buffalo ghee offer health benefits, but cow ghee is generally considered superior due to its higher levels of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which may aid in weight management and immune function; however, choose a high-quality, grass-fed, and cultured ghee from either source to reap the benefits.
