I'm really worried because after giving Dolo 650, the fever comes back within just 3 hours and it's reaching 40.2C. Can we actually give another dose that soon, especially since it's dengue? It seems to lower to 102F but then spikes right back up. What should we do?

My father's been on lymph node tuberculosis treatment for 8 months now. The nodes have disappeared, which is great, but he's still feeling super weak and tired all the time. On top of that, he's also getting treated for depression. Could you give us any advice or suggestions on what might help him feel better?
