I'm really worried because I've been eating raw rice for the past six months and can't seem to stop. I've also noticed my body weight and blood sugar levels are going up quickly. What could be causing this, and how can I break this habit?

View allI'm a bit worried about my height because I'm 16 and only 5'3". My dad is around 5'7" or 5'8" and my mom's height ranges between 5'4" and 5'3". I've heard that having a beard at a young age might mean I'm done growing taller, and I have a lot of facial hair. My doctor mentioned that my hand growth plates are fused. Does this mean I can't get any taller or is there still a chance I might grow more?

Whats the best medication to help bring down high triglyceride levels if theyre over 800? I also have type 2 diabetes. What would you suggest I do?
For high triglycerides above 800 and type 2 diabetes, I recommend starting with a combination of Fenofibrate (Tricor) 145mg once daily and Atorvastatin (Lipitor) 40mg once daily. These medications are effective in lowering triglyceride levels and managing cholesterol in patients with diabetes. Additionally, lifestyle modifications such as a healthy diet and regular exercise are also important in managing these conditions.
