I'm reviewing the HRCT thorax report and noticed a few lymph nodes in the paratracheal region and some fibrotic opacity in the lateral basal segment of the right lower lobe of the lungs. Should I be concerned? Is this a normal finding?

View allI'm really worried because I was asked to leave the UAE due to a lung x-ray showing a scar from what they say is old TB, even though I don't have active TB right now. I really want to return to Dubai but I'm not sure what steps to take to prove I'm healthy enough to go back. Is there a way to legally and safely address this scar with treatment or medications? Have you dealt with cases like this before where people needed to show proof of treatment to re-enter a country? Any guidance would be appreciated.
Consult a pulmonologist in your home country for a thorough evaluation, and obtain a medical certificate, including a chest CT scan, sputum tests, and blood tests, confirming the TB is inactive, then, with this documentation, apply for a fitness certificate from the UAE embassy or consulate, which may require additional testing or documentation, to facilitate your return to Dubai

I'm not sure what's been going on with me for the past 20 days. I've been feeling this shortness of breath, and when I try to take a deep breath, it feels like my heart's under pressure. My heart rate seems to jump around a lot too. It's scaring me a bitcould this be something serious like COVID-19? A local doctor mentioned something about swelling in my breathing pipe, but I'm not convinced. I've had various tests done like ECG, TSH, LFT, Creatinine, and a CT scan of my stomachall normal. This was all done at Fortis Hospital in Noida. The reports only mentioned an enlarged spleen, and the gastro doc said my digestive system is fine. This is the first time I've experienced such breathing issues, and it's really worrying me. I've attached my X-ray. Could you tell me if the prescribed treatment is safe and if it might help?

I recently had a chest x-ray because I felt like my lung capacity isn't what it used to be. The results mentioned something about prominent bronchovascular markings, but everything else seems normal. Should I be worried about this at all?
