I'm struggling with asthma since I was a kid, and I used to manage it with Evocort 400 rotacaps whenever I noticed symptoms. But now, I can't find them anymore because Cipla stopped making them. Do you know of any alternatives I could try?

I'm really concerned because about a month ago, I had exudate pleural effusion, and I'm still experiencing pain. Today, I had another chest X-ray, and it shows that the pleural effusion is still there. What could be causing this to persist, and what steps should I take next?

I'm having some troubling symptoms and wanted to see what you think. I've been experiencing a continuous cough for the past two months and occasionally when I sneeze or cough, I notice blood coming out from my mouth.
