I'm struggling with asthma since I was a kid, and I used to manage it with Evocort 400 rotacaps whenever I noticed symptoms. But now, I can't find them anymore because Cipla stopped making them. Do you know of any alternatives I could try?

I'm really struggling with a lot of symptoms like breathlessness, upper back pain, and severe chest pain. I've also been wheezing and have allergies to cold weather, dust, and changes in water. I'm feeling exhausted all the time. Walking and taking stairs are really tough, especially at night when I'm short of breath. My blood pressure seems to fluctuate a lot, and I've been having nightmares with unusual heart palpitations. I've only been using my inhaler during emergencies. Should I be using it regularly along with my GERD medication? I'm worried because these issues are affecting my life, and Im concerned about how it's impacting my 6-year-old daughter's mental health too. What would you recommend?

take inhalation for 1 month. then if you are still having problems of palpitations kindly consult a physician
