I'm struggling with this jock itch around my groin and butt area. I've tried using antifungal ointment, but it hasnt made a difference. Some spots have even turned dark, and it's getting really uncomfortable. Do you think I might need to take tablets for it?

It sounds like your jock itch may be resistant to topical treatment alone. In this case, oral anti-fungal medications may be necessary to effectively treat the infection. I recommend taking Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks. Additionally, continue using the anti-fungal ointment as directed for better results. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.

I've been really anxious since my circumcision surgery 44 days ago because the stitches are still there. How much longer do these typically take to dissolve? Also, I'm curious when the sensitivity might start to decrease. Is there anything I should be doing in the meantime?
No need to worry they dissolve in 120-180 days depending upon the type of material used, sensitivity will become less with time.
