I'm struggling with this jock itch around my groin and butt area. I've tried using antifungal ointment, but it hasnt made a difference. Some spots have even turned dark, and it's getting really uncomfortable. Do you think I might need to take tablets for it?

It sounds like your jock itch may be resistant to topical treatment alone. In this case, oral anti-fungal medications may be necessary to effectively treat the infection. I recommend taking Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks. Additionally, continue using the anti-fungal ointment as directed for better results. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.

View allI've never been a smoker, but my lips are really dark, and I'm desperate to lighten them. I've tried a bunch of home remedies like lemon, honey, and beetroot, but nothing seems to work. What else can I do to help get rid of this?
Darkening of lips could be caused by a variety of factors, including genetics, dehydration, Sun exposure. Identify the cause and address it. Use a lip balm with spf 15 or higher to protect them.Ensure you drink plenty of water daily. use a gentle scrub to exfoliate dead skin 2-3 times a week. use moisturising and hydrating lip balms.

I've had Fox Fordyce for 8 years and it's been hell with the constant itching only corticosteroid creams give me relief. Would surgically removing all my armpit sweat glands cure this condition? I'm desperate for a permanent solution since creams just manage symptoms.

Hey, I've been prescribed Dutas 0.5mg and was wondering if I could use Dupecia 0.5mg instead. Are they basically the same thing? I'm concerned about the side effects because they seem quite serious. Is it safe to take, or could I skip it since I'm already applying minoxidil?
