I'm thinking about taking Deriphyllin tablets along with Prednisolone tablets. I'm a bit worried if there might be any interactions or side effects when these two medications are taken together. Could you help clarify this for me?

View allIs there a way to clean out the tar from your lungs if you've been smoking? And if there is, how much would that cost? I've heard of someone getting it done, and I'm really curious if it's actually possible.
Removing tar from smoker lungs is a challenging process, but it's possible to reduce the damage and promote lung health. Unfortunately, there's no magic procedure to completely remove tar, but quitting smoking is the first step towards healing. Your lungs have an incredible ability to repair themselves, and the healing process begins immediately after quitting smoking. Within 48 hours, carbon monoxide levels drop, and oxygen levels increase. The cilia in your lungs start to regrow within a week, and lung function improves within a month. To support your lung health, consider incorporating lung-cleansing foods, drinks, and supplements into your routine. These may include: - Lung-Cleansing Foods: Dark leafy greens, berries, citrus fruits, garlic, onions, ginger, and turmeric. - Lung Detox Drinks: Teas made from ginger, basil, and echinacea.

I've always struggled with cough and cold, and I was diagnosed with TB when I was just 10, but I completed the full treatment back then. Now I'm 29, and my recent blood tests for CBC and ESR have me worried. My results show my eosinophils at 35, which I know isn't normal, and my WBC counts are off too. Could this be something serious or life-threatening? My doctor recommended taking Hetrazan 100 once a day for three months. Is this the right approach? I heard that high eosinophil counts aren't a disease themselves, but it's important to find the underlying cause. Could this be related to my past TB? Should I consider getting a second opinion from another doctor? I'm pretty anxious about all this. What should I do?

I'm really worried because I've been told that my pleural effusion is due to TB. Is this type of TB something others can catch from me? Also, how long does it typically take to get better from this?
