I'm trying to understand my recent chest X-ray results a bit better. It mentioned that my bilateral lung fields show prominent broncho vascular markings, both hila are likely vascular and prominent, and there's a blunted right CP angle due to pleural effusion or pleural thickening. Should I be worried about these findings? What do these terms really mean for my lung health?

View allI've been feeling this pain on the right side of my chest whenever I take a deep breath or sneeze. It's been going on for about two months, and sometimes it feels mild, but other times it's sharp. Plus, it hurts more when I do anything physical. The pain even goes up to my right shoulder and back. I don't have a cough or sore throat or anything like that, just this weird pain. What do you think it could be?

Is it true that radiation can lead to ILD and fibrosis in lungs? If so, does that mean getting an HRCT chest scan, which uses radiation, might cause those conditions too? I'm a bit worried about it.
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.
