I'm trying to understand my recent chest X-ray results a bit better. It mentioned that my bilateral lung fields show prominent broncho vascular markings, both hila are likely vascular and prominent, and there's a blunted right CP angle due to pleural effusion or pleural thickening. Should I be worried about these findings? What do these terms really mean for my lung health?

View allI'm an ex-smoker, having smoked about 510 cigarettes a month for 56 years, and I quit just a month ago. I'm really worried because I'm experiencing chest congestion and I'm producing sputum, though it isn't thick. I'm also noticing mild labored breathing whenever I exert myself. I have a chronic dust allergy, and my recent chest X-ray showed I have mild sinusitis. The main worrying sign right now is that I hear a low-pitched whistling sound when I breathe in. Can you please advise me on how I can help heal my lungs from all the damage over the years?
Do regular breathing exercises, avoid allergens

I'm feeling a bit anxious about my oxygen levels. After having COVID, I've noticed they fluctuate quite a bit. For example, when I check with a pulse oximeter, it sometimes shows 92 on one finger and 97 on another. What could be causing such a difference? Is this something I should be worried about, or is it normal for oxygen levels to act like this after recovering from COVID?
Thats normal not related to COVID,just rub your finger re check it again
