I'm underweight and really want to gain some weight, but I also want to start exercising and doing yoga. I'm just not sure of the right timing for this so that I don't end up losing more weight. Should I be doing exercises on an empty stomach, or is it better after eating if I'm trying to gain weight?

-To gain weight, it's best to exercise after a meal to ensure your body has enough energy. You can do light exercises or yoga in the morning after breakfast or after a balanced meal, as this will support both your weight gain goals and your exercise routi

Fat accumulation around waist needs lifestyle modifications in the form of diet and exercise. Do portion control of meals and include low carbohydrate, low fat and high protein foods in diet. Moderate to high intensity exercises such as jogging, running, lifting weights and crunches are to be done for at least 5 days in a week and each session must be at least 45 minutes.

My partner and I have been vegetarian for a while, and we recently decided to switch to a vegan diet, meaning we've given up milk and dairy products altogether. Could you advise us on a good vitamin B12 supplement? Wed love to know what dosage to take and how often we should be taking it. We just had our B12 levels checked, and they were perfectly normal before we stopped consuming milk a few days back.

I'm really trying to watch my weight and I've heard that roti can be pretty high in calories and carbs. But as Indians, it's hard to skip it altogetherlike, having fewer than 24 roti in a meal just doesn't feel satisfying. How can I break this habit? And is switching to bread a better option for weight loss?
