I'm wondering if it's okay to take MontasL medicine twice a day. Are there any side effects I should be aware of? Also, how long can I safely continue using it?

I'm struggling with allergies and sinus issues that have been bothering me for a long time. Every morning I wake up with pain below my eyes and eyebrows. If I take steam, the pain reduces for a bit, but it comes back. On top of that, my right ear has been blocked for over eight months. Just when it feels like it's getting better, I get hit with cold allergies and it's blocked again. It's really frustrating because I can't hear people properly. What do you think I should do?

I'm really worried about my child who has adenoids. Do they absolutely need surgery, or are there any medications that could help shrink or cure them? I would appreciate any guidance you could offer.

I've had small holes near my ears since I was a kid and never knew what they were. Recently I noticed that when I press near the holes, some fluid comes out. I read online that these might need surgery if infected - how can I tell if mine are infected or something serious? The fluid thing is making me a bit worried.

Those small holes near your ears sound like preauricular pits, which are usually harmless congenital features. If the area becomes red, swollen, painful, or if the fluid is thick, yellow, or has a bad smell, it may be infected and needs medical attention. If you experience recurrent infections or discomfort, surgery might be considered. I recommend seeing a doctor for an evaluation to be sure.
