I'm wondering if practicing hand exercises just once a month could be harmful in any way. Could you shed some light on whether this is safe or if there are any risks involved?

Masturbating once a month is generally considered safe and not harmful to your physical or mental health; in fact, masturbation can have several benefits, such as reducing stress, improving sleep, and boosting mood, as long as it's done in moderation and doesn't interfere with your daily life or relationships.

I've been dealing with this mild pain in my lower body, particularly in my glutes and legs, ever since I had ozone therapy for my L4 L5s1 about three weeks ago. Is this sensation normal? The doctor mentioned it might take up to three months to feel back to normal, but I'm wondering if it's okay for me to go back to my IT job now, which involves a lot of sitting, or should I rest a bit longer? Also, is ozone therapy supposed to be a permanent solution? Just trying to understand what to expect.
yes it is normal, if you are having severe pain you can refer to your respective doctor

Yes it's because of wrong posture as well as traveling with sudden speed up and down. Start pain Management first .
