I'm wondering, is an underarm temperature of 98.6 degrees considered a fever? Whats the normal range for armpit temperature, and when should I start worrying that it might be a fever?

My daughter had her 6-week vaccinations on March 8th, and since then, she's had a lump on her thigh. The doctor suggested using hot water treatment, but there's still a small lump there. Could you give me some advice on what else I should do or if this is normal?

Is it normal to get a lump after an injection? Getting a lump under your skin is a normal and expected injection site reaction. The lump may be painful or tender. As with other symptoms related to injection site reactions, get medical attention if your symptoms last longer than 1 to 2 days or get worse.

I'm a new mom and currently breastfeeding my 1-month-old baby. I've been experiencing a fever and I'm wondering if it's safe for me to take Crocin Advance tablets. If it's okay to take them, what would be the right dosage?

Possible Causes:_ 1. *Gum bleeding*: Gingivitis or gum inflammation can cause bleeding. 2. *Dry mouth*: Reduced saliva production can lead to bleeding gums. 3. *Oral trauma*: Injury to the mouth, tongue, or lips can cause bleeding. 4. *Dental issues*: Tooth decay, abscess, or gum disease can cause bleeding. _What to Do:_ 1. *Visit a dentist*: Schedule an appointment to rule out underlying dental issues. 2. *Maintain good oral hygiene*: Brush and floss regularly to prevent gum disease. 3. *Stay hydrated*: Drink plenty of water to keep your mouth moist. 4. *Avoid smoking and tobacco*: These can exacerbate gum disease and oral health issues.

My 1-month-old son has a bigger belly button that's about 2 cm in height. Also, his right testicle sometimes swells up to almost double the size of the left one. The doctor says it might go away on its own within a year or else he'll need surgery. I'm really worried do these issues usually resolve by themselves?

A 2 cm umbilical hernia in a newborn usually resolves by itself within the first year, but if it doesn’t, surgery may be required. The testicular swelling should be monitored, but often resolves without intervention.
