I'm worried I might have phimosis since I can't pull my foreskin back all the way. Are there any non-surgical ways to manage this? I really don't want to get circumcised what are my other options?

Yes, there are non-surgical options for managing phimosis. Topical steroid creams or ointments, combined with gentle stretching exercises, are often effective in softening the foreskin and improving retraction. In some cases, practicing good hygiene and using lubricants during sexual activity can also help manage the condition.

I'm having this pain on the left side of my shaft, and its really bothering me. I went to a urologist, and they mentioned the pain might be just my fear, but I can still feel it. Also, Ive got this varicocele in my left testicle. Could the pain be related to that? I'm just trying to figure out what's going on here.
A varicocele often produces no signs or symptoms. Rarely, it may cause pain. The pain may: Vary from sharp to dull discomfort Increase with standing or physical exertion, especially over long periods Worsen over the course of a day Be relieved when you lie on your back
