X-ray of the leg AP and oblique viewis advised since swelling is present, and an orthopaedic opinion is advised to the patient.

I've had a swollen lump behind my left knee for almost five years now, but it doesn't hurt when I walk or run. A neurologist told me it's a Baker's cyst. Is there any way to get rid of the fluid in the lump without having surgery?
Excision of the cyst is advised to the patient.

It's been 80 days since my tibia surgery where they used plates and nails for both legs. The swelling has gone down but I'm still unsure can I start walking now or do I need to wait longer? I'm worried about putting weight on them too soon.

Pain relief will be important. Please get the latest xray to see bony union which will decide the weight bearing on the limbs
