Last Friday I twisted my leg and it's been hurting a lot since then. There's some swelling too. I'm pretty worried about it. Could you recommend some treatment options or suggest a good doctor I could see for this?

X-ray of the leg AP and oblique viewis advised since swelling is present, and an orthopaedic opinion is advised to the patient.

Tore my ACL in November and decided against surgery for now Ive been using a brace and doing bodyweight exercises plus stationary bike workouts Recently started running on the treadmill pain-free but now getting bad aching pain in my upper calf on the same leg Could this be related to the ACL injury or just a coincidence

Also repeat MRI Scan is advised to the patient to find out extent of the injury.An orthopedician opinion is advised. Analgesics are advised for the pain relief, tab aceclofenac twice daily for about 5 days .
