Last Friday I twisted my leg and it's been hurting a lot since then. There's some swelling too. I'm pretty worried about it. Could you recommend some treatment options or suggest a good doctor I could see for this?

X-ray of the leg AP and oblique viewis advised since swelling is present, and an orthopaedic opinion is advised to the patient.

I had ankle surgery for a trimalleolar fracture back in October 2014 with a plate in my fibula and screws in the ankle joint. Everything feels fine now no pain or major issues, just some slight swelling and my leg feels weaker than the other one. Is it safe to get the implants removed at this point?

Implants should be removed irrespective of whether they are causing any problems. Reasons- keeping implant in body has no extra advantage. Rather if one sustains another injury the magnitude of damage is much more with implant inside than without it. And implants are stress risers. Once your ankle implants are out by 2-3 weeks of rest is fine enough.

i broke my arm and the x-ray shows a fracture but im not sure if it needs surgery or can it heal on its own with just a cast or natural treatments

I partially tore my ACL while playing soccer and I'm worried if it'll heal on its own or if I need surgery. Can physiotherapy fix it or is surgery the only option? I don't want to rush into an operation if rest and rehab can do the trick.

Only grade 3 ACL tear require surgery.Conservative tt is advised to the patient.
