Last Friday I twisted my leg and it's been hurting a lot since then. There's some swelling too. I'm pretty worried about it. Could you recommend some treatment options or suggest a good doctor I could see for this?

View allI've been having trouble with both my knees, especially when climbing stairs or bending them during exercise and daily activities. It's getting really uncomfortable. Can you explain how total knee replacement works and what high flexion knee replacement is? I'm trying to understand if either of these could help with my pain and mobility issues.
ortho opinion is advised to the patient at apollo hospital.

Can someone help me understand if surgery is really needed based on this MRI report? The person is currently on meds but the doctor hasn't recommended physiotherapy yet just exercises. The neck pain started in April and keeps coming back, even shooting down to the right arm. Why would the doctor only suggest exercises and not physio?
