Last Friday I twisted my leg and it's been hurting a lot since then. There's some swelling too. I'm pretty worried about it. Could you recommend some treatment options or suggest a good doctor I could see for this?

I'm 6 weeks post-op from arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder for an ALPSA lesion and need to start active movements and external rotation exercises. Since I can't see a physio right now, what exercises can I safely do at home? I also have slight pain during internal rotation should I be concerned about that?

My uncle has been in the hospital for 10 days with a comminuted displaced fracture of his right acetabulum that also extends into the superior pubic ramus. The scan report suggests surgery but we're unsure is surgery the only option or are there other ways to treat this? He's been on bed rest so far and we're worried about the best next steps.
