I've been dealing with this cough for about a week now. I saw a doctor nearby who recommended Gudcef CV 200, Ascoril LS Syrup, and Zincovut. I've been taking them for the last three days, but I'm still coughing. Could you guide me on what else I might do?

I'm really worried about my aunt - she's been having trouble breathing, and her reports show she has Severe Pulmonary Hypertension. Weve seen a pulmonologist, but they haven't been able to find a solution. We've been following a cardiologist's advice and started her on Bosentas 62.5mg for the past six months, but it seems like her condition is getting worse. Another cardiologist warned us that Bosentas could be harmful to her liver, but we didnt stop it. Now, she can't even walk from her bedroom to the living room without struggling. I'm looking for advice on whether there's any treatment or medication from Homeopathy, Allopathic, or Ayurveda that might help her. Can you offer any guidance?

I'm dealing with a wet cough that's been hanging around for about 45 days. I saw a pulmonologist before and was told to take Montek LC, Alerodil syrup, and some antibiotics. I finished all the meds, but the cough is still here, and I hear a whistling sound in my chest. Is there a chance this could be TB or asthma? With the lockdown, I can't see a doctor in person. Which medicine might help ease my symptoms until I can get medical advice?

Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

My dad's 72 and already has some heart issues. Recently, he's been dealing with fluid retention in his lungs, and even though he's on all the necessary medications and seeing a cardiologist, we're not seeing much improvement. He can't sleep well, isn't eating much, and seems to be getting weaker. We're really worried. Do you think we should consult a pulmonologist to help with his breathing, or is there something else we should be looking into to help him feel better?
