I've been dealing with a cough, cold, and fever for the past three days. I've tried taking Wincold and paracetamol, but I haven't felt any better. My nose is runny, I have a headache, and my whole body hurts. Could you suggest some medicines that might actually help with these symptoms?

Should I be more concerned about my ESR or CRP levels? Does CRP get elevated with a UTI too? I'm just trying to understand what's going on with these tests.
