I've been dealing with dengue since October 24th and was in the hospital until the 28th. I'm slowly recovering, but my platelets are at 2.76 lakh. I'm still feeling weak and having digestion issues, some joint pain, and gas problems. I'm really worried about how to get back to feeling better quickly. Could you suggest a proper diet plan to help me recover faster? I'd really appreciate it.

However, if you notice a significant difference in size between your right and left breasts, it is recommended to consult a doctor for further evaluation. Depending on the cause, treatment options may include hormonal therapy or surgical intervention.
