I've been dealing with a dry and cold cough for the past week, and it's really starting to worry me. My doctor prescribed azikem 500, but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to take. Is this medication typically recommended for these symptoms, or should I be considering something else? Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of while taking this?

View allI'm a bit worried because I've had this heavy, sticky cough for a month now, and it started right after I had a fever for two days. Whenever I cough, I feel pain in the nerves of my head. I've tried different cough syrups, but nothing seems to help. It's starting to feel quite similar to asthma. I'm 31, and Ive had a chest X-ray, which turned out normal. I've also got my LFT results back, and the numbers are slightly off from the normal rangeconjugated bilirubin is at 0.44, SGOT is 65.7, SGPT is 78, globulin is 4.3, and the AG ratio is 0.79. Should I be concerned about these numbers, and what should my next step be?

I was in the hospital two months ago because of COVID, which led to COVID lung pneumonia. I've attached an X-ray taken two months after I was discharged. Can you tell me if I should have another CT scan or not?

I'm noticing some black spots in the phlegm that I'm coughing up. Could you help me understand what this might mean? I'm a bit concerned.
The presence of black spots in phlegm from your mouth could be due to various reasons, including fungal infections like oral thrush, poor oral hygiene, or inhalation of pollutants; however, it may also indicate more serious conditions like bronchitis, pneumonia, or lung abscess, so it's essential to consult a doctor or a pulmonologist for a proper evaluation and diagnosis to determine the underlying cause.
