Ive been dealing with this dry cough for the last 20 days and even after taking some medicines, it just wont go away. Im really worried and unsure what to do next. Could you give me some advice or suggest what might be going on?

Persistent dry cough may require a different approach. You can try taking Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) 25mg every 6 hours as needed for cough. Additionally, you can use Robitussin DM (Dextromethorphan and Guaifenesin) 10ml every 4-6 hours as needed for cough. Make sure to stay hydrated and consider using a humidifier to help soothe your throat.

View allI'm getting ready for a medical exam for my visa and I'm really worried because I'm a smoker. I usually go through about two to three packs a day, but after hearing about the x-ray exam, I got pretty anxious and decided I need to quit. The cravings have been intense, so I'm down to a maximum of five a day for now. Im wondering, do these changes or any lung patches I have increase the chances of my visa being rejected? I could use some advice.
It's great that you're trying to reduce your smoking, but lung patches can sometimes raise concerns during medical exams. However, cutting down to 5 cigarettes a day is a positive step. It's important to be honest during the examination and follow your healthcare provider's advice. Good luck with your visa process, and continue working towards quitting!

I smoke a little, just about 3 to 4 cigarettes a day, and sometimes I also smoke marijuana. The last time I smoked marijuana, my throat started choking and it hurt a bit. While the pain has stopped, I still feel a bit of chokiness. What could be causing this? Should I be concerned?
dont smoke
