I've been dealing with this gurgling noise in my throat, along with a stuffed nose and I'm constantly trying to clear my throat. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and do you have any idea what might be causing them? It's been really bothering me.

View allI'm experiencing a cold throat infection and fever almost every month and have been taking Azithromycin 500 along with Nicip Cold n Flu and Combiflam for the past five days. Is this normal, or should I be worried? Should I continue with these medications or try something else?
I recommend continuing with Azithromycin 500mg as prescribed by your doctor. You can also continue taking Nicip Cold n Flu for relief from cold symptoms. However, it is important to note that frequent use of Combiflam (ibuprofen) is not recommended as it can have side effects on the stomach and kidneys. Instead, you can consider taking paracetamol alone for fever and body aches. Make sure to stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and consult with your doctor for further evaluation and management of your recurrent infections.

I'm a bit concerned because I don't have a cough, but every morning after brushing my teeth, I notice a tiny dark blood clot when I phlegm from my throat. It's only happened once, and since then I've been phlegming from my throat with no more blood. I went to see an ENT specialist and they said it was clinically normal, but I'm still a little worried. Do you think this is something I should be concerned about or is it really nothing to worry about?
take syrup ascoril twice a day
