I've been dealing with hair fall and thinning for a few years now and I was on medication for a couple of years at the Cutis Clinic in Bangalore. I'm starting to notice these issues again and I'm getting a bit worried. What could be causing this to come back, and is there anything else I should consider trying?

Do you have any suggestions on what kind of food I should include in my diet or what creams or medications might help with this issue? I'm curious if there's anything specific that might make a difference.

I've been using Safi for a couple of months now, but I don't see any changes on my skin. Some people say it's good, others think it's not. I'm really confused and could use some advice. Should I keep drinking it or stop? Is there any other medicine that might work better for this?

I've been using xpecia gel and keraxl hair serum for about two weeks just like my dermatologist recommended. I'm concerned because Im not seeing any changes, and Ive read that my hair should be shedding if the minoxidil is doing its thing. Plus, my hair is really short since I've recently gone bald. What should I be doing differently?
