I've been experiencing a lot of itching in my testicles for about a week now. I'm really not sure what's causing it, and it's starting to worry me. Could you recommend a good cream or any type of medicine that might help? I'm open to any suggestions you might have.

You can try using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for about 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 2 weeks to help clear up the infection. Remember to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.

View allI've been noticing a weird smell on my hands for a while now, probably a few months, and I can't figure out what's causing it. I initially thought it might have been from handling chemicals in my photo class, but that's been ages ago. I also used to bite my nails, but I've stopped doing that and they still have this smell. I'm cleaning them regularly too, so it's really puzzling me. Is there something wrong with my hands? What can I do to make this smell go away?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called "bromhidrosis," which is characterized by a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the skin. To help alleviate this issue, you can try using an antibacterial soap to wash your hands thoroughly. Additionally, applying an antiperspirant containing aluminum chloride to your hands at night can help reduce sweating and odor. If these measures do not improve the situation, you may consider using a prescription-strength antiperspirant like Drysol (20% aluminum chloride hexahydrate) on your hands. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new treatment.

I've been dealing with hair loss since 2015 and had been using minoxidil 5% for over a year. I stopped using it about 6 months ago but started again a month ago and I think the shedding phase is done. I saw a trichologist who recommended Xfolia hair gain serum and hairgain pills since I'm in a type 3 pattern. Have you heard of this Xfolia stuff? How long does it usually take to see results with this kind of treatment, because I couldn't find any info about it online?

I've noticed some black spots appearing on a few of my fingers. I think it might be some kind of allergy, but there's no itching involved. Could this still be an allergic reaction, or is there something else I should be concerned about?
Kozicure cream for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks , at bedtime ,if any side-effects dermat opinion is advised .
