I've been dealing with lichen planus, which appeared on my foot a couple of years ago. Back then, Allegra 180 mg and Halox S ointment worked for me, but now it's flared up on my hands and face. I'm really worriedespecially since it's on my face. Is there any advanced treatment or maybe even surgery that could offer a permanent solution? Also, are there any lifestyle changes I should consider? It's starting to stress out not just me but my whole family. Could really use some advice here.

Lichen planus can be challenging to treat, but there are options available. For the recurrence on your hands and face, you can try using Tacrolimus ointment along with Allegra 180 mg tablets. Tacrolimus ointment can help reduce inflammation and itching on the affected areas. Additionally, you can continue using Halox s ointment for relief. There is no high-end treatment like surgery to permanently cure lichen planus, but lifestyle changes can help manage the condition. Avoiding triggers such as stress, certain medications, and allergens can help prevent flare-ups.

View allMy wife's been having this pain in her left hand veins, and her thumbs have been itching for the past three days. I initially thought it might just go away on its own, but the pain hasn't improved. She did plant a tree three days ago, so I'm wondering if it could be an infection from the soil or something related to the plant. Could you give me some advice on what might be going on?
, based upon the clinical symptoms there might be development of phlebitis, i.e inflammation of the veins due to some thorn prick. Apply warm compresses. If symptoms aggravates kindly consult ur surgeon...

I'm really struggling with a case of jock itch that's making my life pretty uncomfortable. It's all red and scaly and the itching is driving me nuts. I've tried so many over-the-counter options like Quadriderm and Triben Plus, but they only seem to work for a bit before the itch comes right back. Even the home remedies I've tried don't seem to help. What can I do to finally get rid of this?
That could be fungal infection, have to take oral and topical antifungals ,visit Dermatologist for appropriate management

I'm currently using Kozicare cream and soap for skin lightening and I was wondering if they contain any steroids. Are there any potential side effects I should be aware of?
Itching and hypersensitivity reactions are the side-effects.
