I've been dealing with lipomas all over my body for years and tried homeopathy like lipoma drops and pills but nothing worked. Also explored other treatments with no luck. Is there any effective permanent solution that doesn't involve surgery?

View allI'm dealing with psoriasis for the last 6 years and haven't found anything to help cure it. My dermatologist mentioned that if I choose allopathy, I'll have to take meds forever, so I'm sticking with homeopathy. I'm curious if it's okay for me to use tulsi immunity booster in my situation. Any advice would be helpful.

I've been dealing with this issue where about a year ago, I noticed two small dark red blisters on the glans of my penis. They weren't painful and I barely noticed them at first, but now it's turned into something like a small wound that's slightly itchy and red. Ive tried a few things, but nothing seems to help. I'm really worried about why it hasn't healed yet, so could you help me figure out whats going on?

I'm currently using Sebamed cleansing facial foam and the deep cleansing toner, but with winter approaching, my skin is getting pretty dry. I'm also applying Adaferin gel on my nose to tackle blackheads. Do you think Adaferin can help with the blackheads? Any tips on managing the dryness?
