I've been dealing with this really bad cough for almost 20 days now. It's mostly at night and comes with mild yellow sputum. Sometimes, the coughing gets so bad that I feel breathless, and its tough to even sit up straight. I havent had any fever, body pain, or other symptoms like COVID-19, and I havent traveled or been in contact with anyone who could've been sick. Ive tried nebulizers, steam, gargling, but nothing seems to help. What could be causing this, and how can I find some relief?

View allI'm trying to understand the results of my recent HRCT scan, which showed small fibrotic opacity in the right middle lobe. I'm not currently experiencing any health issues, so should I be worried about this finding? Is it something serious?
The HRCT report indicates a small fibrotic opacity in the right middle lobe, which suggests some scarring or fibrosis in the lung tissue. While this could be due to past inflammation or mild injury, it's important to monitor and follow up with your doctor for further evaluation to rule out any underlying conditions. It's not necessarily a serious issue, but it's worth discussing with your healthcare provider.

My wife is 26 and got COVID-19 back in September, which later led to pneumonia. The pneumonia just wouldn't go away, and after some tests, we found out it's actually Pulmonary TB. She's been on a 6-month medication course for the past 3 months. But she's so weak all the time and vomits a lot, like, almost every time she eats, she throws up in about 30 minutes. How long do you think this will last? It's honestly really worrying.

I'm often catching colds and having a cough with the changing weather. I've got allergies to dust and asthma runs in the familymy mom and grandma have it too. I'm thinking of sticking to Ayurvedic medicine because I'm worried about the long-term use of allopathic stuff. But this time, I noticed some blood in the phlegm when I blew my nose. Should I be concerned about this, or is it alright to keep using Ayurveda?
It is important to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and proper diagnosis. In the meantime, you can consider taking Ayurvedic medicine
