I've been dealing with this really bad cough for almost 20 days now. It's mostly at night and comes with mild yellow sputum. Sometimes, the coughing gets so bad that I feel breathless, and its tough to even sit up straight. I havent had any fever, body pain, or other symptoms like COVID-19, and I havent traveled or been in contact with anyone who could've been sick. Ive tried nebulizers, steam, gargling, but nothing seems to help. What could be causing this, and how can I find some relief?

Ecg and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient. Seroflo rotahaler sos is advised to the patient for breathing difficulty.Also CT Chest is advised to the patient.

I had a right-sided pleural effusion back in July 2015, and even though I'm off medication now, I still feel pain on the right side when I take a deep breath or yawn. It doesn't feel normal. My last ESR was 10, done in January 2016. Can you help me understand what's going on?

I've been dealing with wheezing for 25 years, initially using an Asthalin inhaler and now Foracart 400 rotacaps. I don't take any oral medicines for it. The past couple of weeks, I've started feeling chest tightness, breathlessness, and fatigue. I've also had mild hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes for 15 years. For my BP, I take Teleact AM 40 at night, and for diabetes, I take Amaryl 1 mg twice a day. My diabetes seems to be under control, but I'm worried about what might be causing these new symptoms. Could it be related to my wheezing or COPD, or maybe my high BP, CAD, or diabetes? What do you think?
