I've been taking griseofulvin as prescribed and now I've noticed that my ear lobes and the skin under my nose have started peeling and are now scabbing over. I'm not sure what to do about it. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? Any advice would be really helpful.

I'm dealing with a 4 cm keloid on my chest and I'm really into working out. I'm worried if doing chest exercises or anything in the gym could actually make my keloid grow bigger, especially if it gets stretched. Could exercising be a problem for the scar's size?
it should be increase in size upto some extended.
