I've been dealing with recurring boils on my legs for the past 8 months and they're really painful and red. What could be causing them and what can I do to treat or prevent them?

View allI'm 23 years old and I've noticed that my penis is closed and the front skin doesn't seem to retract. I'm worried if this could cause any issues in the future. If it might be a problem, is there a painless way to fix it?

I'm dealing with hair loss and have noticed it's male pattern baldness. I'm thinking about trying Minoxidil topical solution, but I'm unsure if it's safe, especially since there are mixed opinions about using Minoxidil before marriage because it might affect fertility. Plus, I've heard about potential side effects like chest pain and dry skin, which is a bit worrying. How should I approach this? I'm sure others have the same questions, so any advice would really help.

I'm feeling a bit worried because I've been using iwin 200 mg, Dezlorid 5mg, and ebernate cream for about 40 days. They helped at first, but my symptoms came back after finishing the course. I tried the same medication for another week, and it eased off, but now it's back again. I'm really hoping to find a permanent solution. What do you recommend?
The treatment for fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams like panderm, fourderm, betnovate, candid b etc and self treatment with cheaper generic medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease. Another cause of recurrence is cross infection from other infected people in the house.
