I've been dealing with some really frizzy, dull, and dry hair lately, and I'm also noticing a bit of hair fall. I'm wondering if there's a good hair oil, shampoo, and conditioner you could recommend to help with these issues? I'm really concerned about getting my hair back to looking healthy again.

View allI've noticed these black spots and red patches that have shown up on both sides of my inner thighs. They seem to itch mostly at night when I'm trying to sleep, and there's also this uncomfortable burning sensation. It's starting to worry me a bit. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection, such as jock itch. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to help with healing.

I've been using Cadila Skin Shine cream for about 6 months now. At first, it worked wonders on my face, but lately, I've occasionally noticed some irritation and red rashes. I stopped using it a week ago, and now my skin looks much darker than before. What can I do to fix this? I'm really concerned about getting my skin back to its original tone. Any advice would be appreciated!
