I've been dealing with some stomach discomfort lately and my doctor prescribed Sompraz D and Ulgel A syrup. Since I started taking them, I've noticed my stomach makes a lot of gurgling noises, especially when I'm lying down. Is this a normal side effect? Should I be worried?

I'm dealing with heartburn, chest pain, nausea, and shortness of breath, and I've been like this for the last six months. Ive had a 2D echo, ECG, vitamin D check, endoscopy, and blood tests, but everything seems to be normal. What could be causing these symptoms if all my tests are showing up fine?
