I've been dealing with some stomach discomfort lately and my doctor prescribed Sompraz D and Ulgel A syrup. Since I started taking them, I've noticed my stomach makes a lot of gurgling noises, especially when I'm lying down. Is this a normal side effect? Should I be worried?

I'm 30 and have been dealing with a gastric problem for the past 6 months. My endoscopy shows acute fundal erosion, and the ultrasound points to changes in the liver, saying I have a fatty liver. I'm taking medication, but I'm not seeing any improvement. What should I do? Can you offer any suggestions or treatments?

For your gastric issue with fundal erosion, you can try taking a proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole to reduce stomach acid and promote healing. Additionally, you can take an antacid like Maalox to help with symptoms. For your fatty liver, you can try a medication like Ursodiol to improve liver function and reduce the accumulation of fat in the liver. It is also important to make lifestyle changes such as maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and avoiding alcohol to improve your liver health. It is important to follow up with your healthcare provider regularly to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
