I've been dealing with a sore throat since last week, and it was really red. My uvula got swollen, and it felt like it was touching my tongue. Now I'm feeling better, but my uvula still looks bigger than usual, and the tip seems black. Plus, my right tonsil is a bit swollen. Should I be worried about these symptoms?

You may have had a case of acute pharyngitis with uvulitis, and now you are experiencing some residual inflammation. To help reduce the swelling and inflammation, you can try using a throat spray containing benzocaine to numb the area and reduce discomfort. Additionally, you can take ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain and inflammation. Gargling with warm salt water several times a day can also help with the swelling and discomfort. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to see an ENT specialist for further evaluation and management.

I'm a bit confused and worried about the medicines my ENT doctor prescribed after finding out I'm allergic to house dust, cockroach allergen, and those dermatophagoid thingies. He gave me Zentel 400, Hetrazan 100, and some anti-allergy meds. Why would he prescribe these specific medicines for allergies? Are they supposed to help with these types of allergens?
Because those are the common allergens one will be exposed regularly,in order to stop the allergic reaction he gave you those medicines

I've noticed this strange clicking sound in my ears. It's been quite bothersome, so I went to an ENT specialist, but he didn't find anything unusual. I'm really puzzled by this. Could there be something else happening with my ears that wasn't spotted? Any advice on what it might be or steps I should consider next?
That could be ear effusion, practice valsalva manoeuvre u will feel relieved.
