I've been dealing with this weird reaction tiny itchy red bumps after using fast relief on my left knee. So I switched to Volini spray, but it gave me rashes on my right leg. Any idea what's causing these skin issues? And do you know of a pain relief ointment that's maybe a bit gentler or less allergenic? I've been applying aloe gel to soothe the rashes and the bumps have gotten better, but the itching is still really bothering me. What can I do about it?

My son has been having this skin allergy or infection for the last 15 days, and I'm really worried because it seems to be getting worse instead of better. I've been using Cosmolite cream for the past three years, but I've noticed that since I've stopped, the skin around my mouth and eyes has turned darker. I'm pretty worried about this change. Could you give me some advice on how to get my natural skin tone back in those areas? Any suggestions or treatments you could recommend would be really appreciated.
The darkening of skin around your mouth and eyes after stopping Cosmolite cream suggests rebound hyperpigmentation or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH); to recover, try: applying sunscreen with SPF 30+ daily, using topical creams containing niacinamide, vitamin C, or kojic acid, and exfoliating gently with alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs); consult a dermatologist for personalized guidance and potential prescription-strength treatments.
