I've been diagnosed with prostatomegaly with intravesical extension and have really poor urine flow, even had retention. My doctor recommended TURP surgery, but I'm not sure if it's the best option should I get a second opinion? What are the alternatives or risks with this procedure?

TURP is standard for severe symptoms—consider second opinion but untreated BPH can cause long-term bladder issues.

I'm 18 and I've been masturbating a lot lately, about 10 times continuously in the past couple of weeks. I stopped now, but I've noticed my hands and other body parts are shaking. I'm really worried if this could have any serious effects on my health or future. It's causing me a lot of internal stress. Can you help me understand what's happening and how I can deal with this? I'm feeling pretty scared.

I've been dealing with really bad back pain and, after checking with the doctor, they found that I have a 6mm stone in my kidney pipe. Now they are suggesting a small surgery to blast the stone. Do you think that's necessary, or is there a way to manage it with just medicine? I'm a bit worried about having surgery. What would be the best approach?

If the 6mm stone is causing severe pain and blocking urine flow, surgery (like lithotripsy) might be the best option for quick relief. However, some stones can pass with medications, plenty of fluids, and pain management, so discuss all possibilities with your doctor.
