I've been diagnosed with prostatomegaly with intravesical extension and have really poor urine flow, even had retention. My doctor recommended TURP surgery, but I'm not sure if it's the best option should I get a second opinion? What are the alternatives or risks with this procedure?

TURP is standard for severe symptoms—consider second opinion but untreated BPH can cause long-term bladder issues.

Had emergency kidney stone surgery last Thursday and still have the urethra stent in. I've called the urologist's office multiple times but keep getting the runaround it's been five days now and I'm really worried. What should I do about getting the stent removed?

It's understandable that you're concerned about the ureteral stent after your emergency kidney stone surgery. After five days, it's important to clarify your situation and get the stent removed. If you haven't been given specific instructions about removing it yourself (with a string attached), you should contact your urologist again and request a removal appointment

I'm uncircumcised and struggling to retract my foreskin. Is there a way to do this naturally at home without surgery? Can homeopathy help with this issue?

Yes, it's possible to gently and naturally try to retract your foreskin at home, especially if you're experiencing phimosis (a condition where the foreskin can't be retracted). Homeopathy might be a part of a complementary approach, but it's important to understand the limitations and seek guidance from a healthcare professional.
