I've been experiencing this nagging pain on the right side of my throat, but it doesn't quite feel like tonsillitis. It's making it hard to swallow, and I have a mild headache. I'm starting to get a bit worried. What could be causing this?

View allI'm feeling this weird tightness in the muscles under my chin and down to my throat. It's not really painful, and there's no lump, but it just doesn't feel right inside. It's not constantly there, and I can eat and swallow just fine. It doesn't seem like a typical muscle strain either. Is there anything I can try at home to help with this?
