I've been experiencing this nagging pain on the right side of my throat, but it doesn't quite feel like tonsillitis. It's making it hard to swallow, and I have a mild headache. I'm starting to get a bit worried. What could be causing this?

I'm a 34-year-old guy who's been dealing with off-and-on nasal congestion for as long as I can remember. I just had an x-ray of my nose and the PNS result showed some haziness in the right maxillary sinus. My ENT doctor has put me on a course of amoxclav for five days, plus I'm using a fluticasone nasal spray and taking telecast L tablets. I'm really curious about what's causing this haziness. Is it something that happens often, or is there any reason I should be worried? Would appreciate some insight.

I'm hearing these weird sizzling sounds in my throat, it's almost like a slow sizzle or maybe like water trickling really slowly. I've done all the tests, even for covid, and they all came back negative. I also feel like I need to cough, but I never actually do. What's going on? Can you help me figure this out?
That could be post nasal drip, visit ENT doctor to rule out any signs of DNS or Sinusitis.
