I've been experiencing some chest pain for about a week now. It moves around a bitsometimes it's on the left side, sometimes the right, and occasionally I feel it in my back too. I'm really worried it might be something to do with my heart since I'm 31 and a bit on the heavier side. Should I be concerned about this?

Chest pain can have various causes, including heart-related issues. However, since your pain is on both sides of the chest and also on your back, it may not be directly related to the heart. It is important to rule out other potential causes such as muscle strain or gastrointestinal issues. You can take over-the-counter pain relief medication like Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every 6 hours as needed for pain. However, it is crucial to consult a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

I'm a bit worried about my recent TMT report. It came back as mildly positive for provocable ischemia. I'm currently taking atenolol 50mg and atorvastatin 10mg. What does this mean for my heart health, and should I be concerned or is there more I need to do?

A TMT report indicating mildly positive provokable ischemia suggests potential reduced blood flow to the heart during exertion, indicating coronary artery disease. Given that you are taking Atenolol 50 mg and Atorvastatin 10 mg, it is crucial to review these findings with your cardiologist. They may recommend additional diagnostic tests such as a coronary angiogram or stress echocardiogram to further evaluate your condition. In the meantime, continue taking your medications as prescribed, and adhere to lifestyle modifications like a heart-healthy diet, regular exercise within advised limits, and stress management. If you experience any worsening symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.

I've been having this pain on the left side of my chest for the past 8 months, since September. I've already done ECG, Echo, TMT, and various blood tests but everything came back normal. The pain comes and goes, but in the last few days, it's been bothering me again. On top of that, I'm experiencing body pain too. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?

It sounds like you have been experiencing left side chest pain for quite some time, despite normal results from various tests. Since the pain has started again recently and you are also experiencing body pain, it may be helpful to try a medication like Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg for pain relief. You can take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed for chest and body pain. However, if the pain persists or worsens, it is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

Ive been dealing with this dizziness, nausea, and sometimes even fainting for about 23 days. I found out that my blood pressure is hanging around 95. Ive been trying to fix it with ORS and even started munching on raisins, but the dizziness still hangs around. Im totally confused about what I should be eating or doing to make this better. Any idea why this is happening or what else I can try? I really cant stand feeling like this all the time.
