I've been experiencing some discomfort with my foreskin lately. It's gotten really dry at the tip and it's even starting to crack, which is quite painful. I've also noticed some white patches around there. Should I be worried about this, and what can I do to treat it?

I'm dealing with some itching and redness on the head of my penis, and it really hurts when I pull back the foreskin. I'm not considering circumcision, but I'm unsure if I should see a dermatologist or a urologist for this. What would you recommend?
That looks like Belanitis, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management

My mom has an 11.8 mm stone in her pelvicalyceal system. Is surgery the only option or can she try ESWL treatment instead?
ESWL is the safe and effective treatment in the treatment of renal calculus.Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is a non invasive procedure used to treat renal calculus, since the process is non invasive, outpatient procedure, short recovery time and lastly low risk of complications like bleeding and infection.ESWL works best for small stones of size 4mm to 2cms in diameter.
