I've been experiencing this strange feeling in my heart lately. Its like a drop or a rush of adrenaline, and it's been happening more often. When it does, it really scares me. It's almost like my heart skips a beat or slows down. What could be going on?

Why does my doctor want to change my BP medication from Olmesar H 20 to T Nabicar 5Mg? My BP seems under control and my pulse rate is usually between 90-100, though it goes from 100 to 130 during the TMT. My triglycerides are at 201 but all other cholesterol and kidney tests came back normal. They've also suggested I start taking Atorva 10Mg. Can you help me understand if switching to these new meds is the right move?
Based on your doctor's recommendation, it would be advisable to switch from Olmesar H 20 to T Nabicar 5mg for better management of your blood pressure. Additionally, starting Atorva 10mg can help in lowering your triglyceride levels. It seems like a reasonable adjustment to your medication regimen to further improve your cardiovascular health.
