Ive been feeling really sleepy from 7pm to 9pm every night and its starting to worry me. Even though I take a two-hour nap every afternoon, I still get really drowsy in the evening. Is there something I can do to change this pattern or any advice you could give me on why this might be happening?

To combat evening sleepiness, try limiting afternoon naps to 20-30 minutes, establishing a consistent sleep schedule, staying hydrated, getting fresh air, and engaging in relaxing activities, while avoiding screens before bedtime, and consider a 10-15 minute walk or some light stretching to boost energy levels.

I've been having a hard time sleeping for the last couple of months. Most nights, I'm struggling to fall asleep until after midnight or even later, but weirdly, I wake up at my usual time. For the past two years, I've been waking up with a sore nose, but now I'm also dealing with headaches when I wake up. I feel exhausted all the time, and it seems to be making me feel more and more down. I tried taking melatonin before, but even the tiniest amount makes me wake up feeling sick. I'm starting to get worried, could this be something serious?
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of insomnia and possibly sleep apnea, which could be contributing to your headaches, fatigue, and depression. I recommend trying over-the-counter sleep aids such as ZzzQuil (diphenhydramine) to help improve your sleep quality. Additionally, you may benefit from using a nasal spray like Flonase (fluticasone) for your nasal congestion. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and personalized treatment plan.
