I've been feeling this sharp, quick pain whenever I take a deep breath, and it's been happening for about 12 days now. There's no external pain or anything that I can see, but it's been persistent. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

View allI've been dealing with wheezing for 25 years, initially using an Asthalin inhaler and now Foracart 400 rotacaps. I don't take any oral medicines for it. The past couple of weeks, I've started feeling chest tightness, breathlessness, and fatigue. I've also had mild hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes for 15 years. For my BP, I take Teleact AM 40 at night, and for diabetes, I take Amaryl 1 mg twice a day. My diabetes seems to be under control, but I'm worried about what might be causing these new symptoms. Could it be related to my wheezing or COPD, or maybe my high BP, CAD, or diabetes? What do you think?

I've just got the results from my recent chest CT scan, and it's mentioned that there are fibrotic scars in the left upper lobe of my lung with post-inflammatory sequel changes. I'm a bit worried and curious if this is something serious or could it be considered normal?
Fibrotic scars in the left upper lobe of your lung, described as post-inflammatory sequelae, typically result from past infections or inflammation. While it's not uncommon, its important to monitor and follow up with your doctor for any further management or assessment to ensure it doesn't affect your lung function.
