I've been feeling a small lump on the left side of my body just below the rib cage. It's not visible but I can feel it when I touch that area. It sometimes causes a bit of discomfort, although most of the time I don't really notice it. It's been there for six months now and hasn't changed in size, which is a bit concerning. I've also gained some weight over the last year, going from 55 to 70, and I don't smoke or drink. Is this something I should be worried about?

It is important to consider various possibilities. One potential cause could be a lipoma, which is a noncancerous growth of fat cells. Another possibility could be a benign cyst or a hernia. However, without a physical examination and possibly imaging studies, it is difficult to provide a definitive diagnosis. I recommend you consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation.

View allI've been dealing with some really uncomfortable symptoms and I'm getting kinda worried. My stomach has been bothering me a lot with gastritis, and Im burping a lot too. I feel this pain on the left side of my abdomen and this heaviness in the middle of my chest, especially when I try to sleep. There's this weird tight feeling in my throat and one side of my nose swells up. Whenever I take a deep breath, my ear kinda closes off which feels strange. When Im trying to sleep, sometimes my heart starts racing and I find it hard to breathe. My head feels heavy throughout the day which is really annoying. I havent lost any weight, Im not losing my appetite, and I dont smoke or drinkI'm vegetarian too. Does this all sound serious? Any idea what might be going on?

I'm dealing with recurring blood in my stool and was recently told by my general physician that I have a chronic anal fissure. I don't experience any pain, but the sight of blood is making me really anxious. Is this something normal with a chronic fissure, or should I be more concerned? What steps should I take next?

I'm really worried about my recent test results. My SGPT is at 82, my SGOT is normal, but my GGT is 158, and my LDH is 458. On top of that, my triglycerides are at 178. What does this all mean, and what should I do next?
