I've been having this ache-like pain when I lift my left hand or lean on my left elbow, and it's been going on for about 23 years now. It's weird because the pain goes away if I keep doing the movement repeatedly. Sometimes, touching my chest on the left side hurts, but other times I don't feel anything. What do you think could be going on?

I've tried a bunch of stuff like using balm, taking painkillers, and even putting a hot towel on it, but nothing seems to work. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what else I could try?
The persistent thigh muscle pain triggered by coughing, movement, or changes in position, lasting two months, may indicate a possible underlying condition, such as a herniated disk, muscle strain, or nerve compression in the lower back, which can radiate pain to the thigh;

i broke my arm and the x-ray shows a fracture but im not sure if it needs surgery or can it heal on its own with just a cast or natural treatments
A fractured arm can heal naturally with proper medical treatment, often with a cast or splint. However, some fractures may require surgery to realign bone fragments or stabilize the fracture. Whether your fracture needs surgery or not will depend on the type, location, and severity of the break.
