I've been having this issue where I was masturbating and it got a bit rough, and now I think I might've pulled a vein or something. Its been a month and whenever I get an erection or need to pee, I feel a bit of pain. It feels like it's getting worse since I havent really stopped having sex or masturbating since it started. Can you recommend any ointment or something that might help relax my veins and speed up recovery?

View allI've been wondering about a few things and wanted to get your advice. I'm curious if a penis size of 12-13 cm is considered good for sex, and are there any natural ways to increase size? Also, I tend to release sperm quite quickly, often within a minute, and I wonder how I might control that better. Does masturbation actually make your penis size smaller? I'd love some recommendations on foods that could help with penis enlargement and improving sperm health. Is it okay to shave regularly down there, and I also spend a lot of time nude at home; could that be harmful in any way?

Can olive oil cure premature ejaculation?
There's not much scientific evidence to prove the effect. Combinations of treatments such as behavioral techniques, medications and counseling can help in managing premature ejaculation

What are the other ways to treat phimosis without surgery and does the surgical option hurt a lot
Phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is too tight to retract, can be treated without surgery with topical steroid creams and stretching exercises. Surgical options, like circumcision, are also available, and while pain is possible, it's often mild to moderate and manageable with pain relief.
