I've been having this sharp pain on the right side of my head for the last few days. It shows up really suddenly and goes away just as fast, but it keeps happening every ten minutes or so. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

Sharp pains on the right side of the head that come and go can be caused by a number of conditions, including: Migraine, cluster headache ,tension headache .So you can take naproxen 500 mg bd if it is not improving consult physician

How long do damaged nerves take to heal?

I'm feeling this weird cold sensation at the back of my head. It happens mostly at night, and the only thing that seems to help is wearing a woollen cap while I sleep. I'm experiencing numbness in my feet and hands, and there's also this burning sensation in my hands. Sometimes they even get really hot. Do you have any idea what's going on?

These symptoms could be due to peripheral neuropathy. I recommend taking Vitamin B12 supplements such as Neurobion Forte once daily. Additionally, you can use a topical cream like Volini for relief from burning sensation.
