I'm experiencing this weird falling sensation while walking, and it's been going on for about three years now. Along with this, I feel severe anxiety, panic, and stomach discomfort, and I often get dizzy and a bit giddy. Sometimes it even feels like someone is pushing my head forward. It's really gotten to the point where I'm scared to go anywhere because of how uncomfortable all of this is. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on and how I can get rid of these feelings?

Understanding Your Diagnosis_
- Grade II hiatus hernia: A moderate-sized hernia where part of the stomach bulges through the diaphragm.
- Prolapsing gastropathy: The stomach lining is damaged due to the hernia.
- Antral gastritis: Inflammation of the stomach lining, specifically in the antrum region.
Symptoms and Risks
- Heartburn: Common in hiatus hernia patients.
- Coffee ground vomit: This could indicate bleeding in the stomach or esophagus, which requires medical attention.
- Weight gain and BMI: A BMI of 19.0 is considered underweight. Gaining weight in a healthy manner is essential.
Surgery Considerations
- Symptomatic relief: If symptoms persist or worsen, surgery might be necessary to alleviate discomfort and prevent complications.
- Complications: Untreated hiatus hernias can lead to issues like severe bleeding, obstruction, or respiratory problems.
Gym Workout and Weight Gain
- Consult your doctor: Before starting any exercise program, discuss your plans with your doctor to ensure it's safe and suitable for your condition.
- Avoid heavy lifting: High-impact exercises or heavy lifting can exacerbate the hernia.
- Focus on low-impact exercises: Opt for low-impact activities like yoga, swimming, or cycling, which can help with weight gain and overall fitness.
- Healthy weight gain: Focus on consuming a balanced diet with adequate protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates to support weight gain.

My dad had a stroke and the doctors found an infarction in his brain. Now they're recommending surgery is this really necessary or are there other options we should consider first?
It's understandable to be concerned about your dad's health and the recommended surgery. Not all stroke treatments require surgery, and other options should be considered first. Surgery is usually reserved for specific situations, especially those related to bleeding or severe blockages in the brain.
