I've been having some kidney issues and though I'm not sure exactly what's going on, my doctor mentioned theres a problem. I'm thinking about adding flax seeds to my diet. Are they safe for anyone dealing with kidney problems? I'm really curious to know more.

Your symptoms suggest Phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is too tight to retract.
Consult a urologist or dermatologist for proper evaluation and diagnosis.
Treatment options may include topical steroid creams, manual stretching exercises, or surgical procedures.
Your doctor will recommend the best course of treatment based on the severity of your condition.
In the meantime, avoid forcing the foreskin back, as this can cause further irritation and pain.
Seek medical attention to alleviate your symptoms and prevent potential complications.

View allIs my creatine level okay? I'm a bit concerned about my kidney health and wondering if everything's functioning well. Should I see a doctor for this?
A creatinine level between 0.6-1.2 mgdL for males and 0.5-1.1 mgdL for females is considered normal; if your level is within this range, your kidney function is likely normal;

I'm really worried about my mom's health right now. She's been dealing with a urine infection and her creatinine levels got up to 6.62. Theyve come down to 5 in the last three months after treatment, but I'm still concerned. Her blood sugar is stable, but her hemoglobin has dropped to 7.1. She's been having 200ml of double toned milk and 50gm of chicken every day, along with other foods. I'm wondering if beans and peas are safe for her to eat. Also, I've heard about chamomile teado you think it might help lower her creatinine levels?
